1.  THE PURPOSE OF THIS website

This website has been created to connect North Hills High School Class of '75 classmates.

Short term, the website will be used to share all information pertaining to our 50th Class Reunion which is confirmed for October 11, 2025.
Long-term, the plan is to maintain the website post reunion as a means to easily communicate new event information and other news.

You must create a profile to gain access to all features of this website.
Everything you need to know to create a profile is contained in Steps 2-7  below.

NOTE:    This is a private website.
All personal information contained within this website is private and confidential and can only be viewed by the Site Administrator.
You will be able to share contact information at your discretion once you create a profile.

If you have questions, please contact Mary Jeanne Carlson, Site Administrator, at mjcarlson57@gmail.com

2. PRIVACY NOTICE

All contact information (address, phone number, e-mail address) that you enter into this website will be kept confidential.
The host of this website, ClassCreator.com, is a locally-owned business. They understand the importance of your privacy.
Your personal information will never be sold to other sites. It will not be shared or distributed.

Your contact information is private; your street address, e-mail address, and phone number cannot be seen by classmates.
Each classmate has the ability to limit the visibility of his or her profile to only fellow classmates by clicking on the appropriate answer in the Profile Visibility section during profile setup. If you do not opt for privacy on this line, your profile can be viewed by non-members such as your friends or family, but also note that your profile will be fully indexable by major search engines.

Finding your class website Profile pages by searching Google or other major search engines:
If you are signed onto this website and you have restricted your profile to only fellow classmates, and then use a search engine to see if the privacy options above are working, it will appear that they are NOT. This is only because you are signed into the site. Sign out and check again. You will see that none of your profile information is viewable by non members.

Emails may be shared within this site using the contact option at the top of each classmate's profile page (look under the classmate's main photo in the upper left). This way you will be able to contact classmates without sharing your private email address unless you choose to do so.

Email news sent to you via Class Creator from this website: For those of you with spam blocking or email filtering capabilities, please add noreply@classcreator.net to your email account as a safe sender to ensure that you receive all email NHHS75 communications..

Please note that if you do not want your name and picture on this site it may be removed by contacting Mary Jeanne Carlson. This will end all communications to you from North Hills High School Class of 1975, unless you ask that special arrangements be made.

3. CREATING YOUR PROFILE

In order to access the pages that are password protected on this site, you must create a profile by providing a minimum of your email address, and a password.

To Create Your Profile:
Locate the "Classmate Profiles" link along the top navigation bar on the Home Page.
Locate your name on the Class List and click on it.
Follow the prompts to create your profile.

Private information such as your email address, home address, and phone numbers will not be visible to fellow classmates. We collect mailing addresses in the event that we need to contact you by snail mail or phone. Your information will never be given to other classmates without your permission.

We encourage you to add a current picture to your profile as a master photo. This photo will be displayed on various pages throughout the website.
It's also fun to upload additional NOW and THEN photos to help classmates get reacquainted.

If you cannot find your name on the Missing Classmates list, and you were a member of the North Hills High School Class of 1975, please contact your site administrator at mjcarlson57@gmail.com.

Updates: If you change your email address, snail mail address, or phone number, please update your Contact Info so that we can maintain up-to-date information. This will ensure that you continue to receive the latest information on what your classmates are up to!

Passwords:
Choosing a Password: Passwords do not need to be the high security style recommended by some websites. Choose something simple that you are certain you will remember. Clicking "Remember Me" will allow you to bypass entering your password each time you visit the NHHS75 website. Eventually the "remember me" feature will fail.  Please make a note of your password!

If you forget your password simply click on "forgot password". If you have several email accounts, and you don't remember the one you used to set-up your account, contact Mary Jeanne Carlson at mjcarlson57@gmail.com for assistance.

4. MISSING CLASSMATES

This website came with preset features provided by Class Creator. I created an excel spreadsheet based on Facebook members and the 1975 NHHS yearbook. I uploaded my master class list and the website automatically generated the Missing Classmates list,

Once you create your profile, your name is automatically removed from the Missing Classmates list.

Our goal is to contact every NHHS Class of '75 classmate whether they plan to attend the 50th Class Reunion or not.
If you have information about any classmate, listed or not listed, please contact the site administrator at mjcarlson57@gmail.com.

To contact a fellow classmate, you may use the email option at the top left of each Classmate's Profile page (located under Master Photo).
This feature will allow open communication between Classmates, while protecting your personal information.
If you wish to share your email address or other personal information within a message written on our website, the website will not prevent you from doing so.
